After a PR is merged (by Claude or on GitHub), has Claude offer to delete the worktree and local branch

Un mod Claude Code qui, une fois une pull request mergée, fait proposer par Claude de supprimer le worktree et la branche locale correspondants. Il fonctionne aussi quand le merge est fait depuis l'interface GitHub.

Si une branche a une PR mergée, Claude reçoit une note invisible et vous demande s'il doit supprimer le worktree et la branche. Il ne supprime rien sans votre accord explicite. Si la branche locale contient des commits absents de la PR mergée, il vous les montre d'abord et utilise git branch -d plutôt que -D. La question n'est posée qu'une fois par branche et par session.
